4 ea. of  spacers, chrome caps, and nails

1 ea. of  3/8” bolt and “nylock” nut

2 ea. of 3/8” washers

2 ea. of ¾” washers (for rear axle if needed.)

1 ea. of T-handle bar

Instruction

1.      Place wagon on flat surface with the steel frame facing up.   Remove the three whiz flange nuts from the bolts sticking up toward you.  Line up the bolts with the three holes on the top of the front frame assembly and carefully lower the frame to rest on the wood body.  Replace the nuts removed earlier and tighten till snug.

2.      Carefully place wagon on side.  Slip one black spacer over each axle.  Place a wheel on each axle with the black valve stem facing out.  Secure wheel by placing a nail in the hole located on the end of the axle and push chrome cap over hub.  Carefully turn wagon over other side and repeat steps.

Note: if you have difficulty in getting front tires to seat below the hole in the axle:  Firmly strike sidewall of tire with palm of hand or rubber mallet, while spacer and wheel are on the axle (spacer will form to the bend of axle)

     3.  With all wheels mounted, place wagon upright.  Attach T-handle (with elbow pointing down toward the ground) by inserting bolt through either side of the

handle, through a washer, through the steering arm of wagon, through a washer, and out the other side of handle.  Place nut on bolt and tighten.  Tighten the handle enough so that it does not fall down on its own when it’s extended out.

3.      Insert side wood rail into brackets with the stakes facing out.  Insert front and rear rails with stakes facing out (rail with cut out goes in front – for more compact storage, you can remove front rail, place T-handle all the way down toward the inside of the wagon, and replace front rail with cut out going over handle).

    Ice Chest Rack

          Lift out rear wood rail on wagon.  Slip the two u-brackets of the ice chest rack over the oak border wood, position the u-bracket on arm over the rear axle, and replace rear wood rail.

    Canopy

          Place the rectangular metal top frame on flat surface.  Attach support arms on each side (long side) of the frame by removing the supplied nut and bolt from bracket of arm, placing the bracket over the top frame, and securing by means of the Velcro on the support arms.  The support arms fit snuggly over the middle stake of the side wood rail and then the Velcro is tightly wrapped around the stake in two places.  The canopy fabric can now be slipped over one end of the top frame and carefully pulled over the other side.  Secure canopy onto frame with ties.

Moon Hub Caps

        Simply place cap over the center of the rim face and firmly tap down with palm of hand or rubber mallet.
